Team Member
This is your chance to learn real hospitality skills that’ll set you up, including point of sale, salad bar, floor and pass (y’know that bit where the cooks pass plates to floor staff). Yup, there’ll be times when you’ll need to hustle. But you’ll work with real mates who’ll have your back and bring plenty of laughter along the way.
Team Leader
We’re proud of every dish we serve but behind every order is a team jam-packed with people who genuinely care. That’s why your role in motivating, mentoring and overseeing our people on the floor matters so much. If you’ve got some hospitality experience behind you, this role is your chance to develop leadership skills in a supportive environment where people have your back.
Restaurant Manager
If coaching, leading and inspiring others speaks strongly to you, this role is a great opportunity to hone your people management skills. Get the chance to run the show while learning all the ins and outs of daily business operations. There’s not much that beats the satisfaction of supporting a team to achieve and win together.
Franchise Partner
Looking for a franchise opportunity where you get to serve fresh hand-crafted schnitzels and food that’s a cut above the rest? Is it time we had a chat? Cook
Like the idea of cooking fresh, flavour-packed food and bloody good chips? Then you’ll find your crew at Schnitz. Here, you get to prep and cook a product that’s a cut above the rest. Join us and develop your kitchen skills and food safety knowledge. Plus, learn how to cook the perfect, crispy, golden-crumbed schnitzel, just like our founder Roman Dyduk.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Want to grow, learn and build incredible management skills in an environment where hustle is in our DNA? You’ll learn a stack about business and team management in this role and you’ll get to work closely with the Restaurant Manager to gain experiences and skills that’ll set you up.
Support Office
That’s right, we have office roles too. Join the team in our Head Office and help provide essential support to all our restaurant-based teams. You’ll find opportunities in areas like finance, IT, people and culture, marketing, operations and property.
