Today we are one big family and have over 70 restaurants with 400+ team members and a Support Office in the heart of Melbourne. A lot has changed, but our vision of sharing our family secrets in our hand crafted schnitzels has remained the same. Team Member
Start your career at Schnitz as a team member. You will have a variety of duties in a customer-facing role. That allows you to develop and expand your knowledge of hospitality. As part of the Schnitz team, you can be responsible for the point of sales, salad bar, floor and pass.
Team Leader
Do you prefer to be a leader or do you like to have a bit more responsibility? Team Leader is the role for you, it’s a great chance to expand upon your leadership and show encouragement to your whole team whilst growing and learning within our Schnitz family.
Restaurant Manager
Coach, lead and inspire your store. Learn important skills in managing a team and running a business whilst still being part of the Schnitz family. With irreplaceable knowledge of daily business operations and ensuring you drive the business whilst keeping a fun and lively workplace.
Franchise Partner
Are you looking to own your own business and hold the key qualities of family, integrity, quality and compassion look no further? At Schnitz we are a family and understand starting and running a restaurant isn’t easy, but we understand the support you need for success.
Cook
Got a passion for cooking and creating, cooking is the role for you. You will learn and develop your skills in the kitchen by learning how to cook our delicious pan-cooked golden schnitzels.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Like to be in charge and take the lead we also offer quality management positions. They enable you to grow, learn and establish fantastic management skills on day-to-day business running whilst having fun.
Support Office
If are you more corporate-driven, join our Schnitz support office team. With a variety of roles within finance, IT, people and culture, marketing, operations and property.
