Since plating up our first crispy, pan-fried schnitzel in 2007, we’ve been fiercely dedicated to quality. But Schnitz is about more than incredible food. Don’t get us wrong – we’re proud of every dish we create and serve. But behind every order is a team jam-packed with people who genuinely care.
This next-level care has seen us grow from a small, family cafe in Melbourne to restaurants all across the country! Yup, that’s a lot of delicious schnitzels lovingly hand-crafted for Aussie bellies. And we couldn’t be prouder. But the thing is, we’re still growing. So, we need more true legends to join us – people who’ll stand up for our values of compassion, family, integrity and quality.
