Work with people who genuinely care
Our story starts in a Polish kitchen in the 1960s with a young boy (called Roman Dyduk), a patelnia (fry pan) and a huge passion for (good) food. Roman’s mother patiently teaches her young son how to cook delicious, traditional schnitzel from scratch. When Roman grows up and moves to Australia, he brings his love of family, his willingness to work hard and the recipe for a perfect schnitzel. The rest, as they say, is history!
