We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join the Schnitz Support Office team on an initial 12-month contract in an exciting newly-created role. Reporting directly to our Head of People and Culture, you will provide exceptional HR services to the entire network plus play an important role in building team engagement.

• Coach Managers and Franchise Partners on HR and Payroll best practice and ensure procedures and practices are in line with employment legislation;
• Increase and monitor engagement across the network, managing regular engagement surveys and pulse checks, working with Managers to deliver on engagement action plans;
• Promote a performance-driven culture by supporting and coaching Managers/Franchise Partners to effectively manage performance;
