  • Collate analytical reports to present to senior leadership;
  • Work closely with Operations to coordinate RSA Certificates, First Aid Certificates and Food Safety Supervisor Certificates from external providers;
  • Support the Training Manager with training administration requirements;

Key ingredients:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources would be preferable;
  • Process-driven with exceptional organisational skill set;
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as an Administrator/ Coordinator, ideally in an HR role;
  • A sound understanding of FairWork & Work Safe legislation;

Senior Payroll Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join the Schnitz Support Office team. Reporting to our People, Culture and Performance Manager, you will deliver timely and compliant payroll processes, managing employee information, reconciling payments and ensuring complete accuracy of data.

Role Recipe:

  • Processing payroll for the Schnitz Group within scheduled timeframes;
  • Managing payroll-related employee data, making relevant changes and updates within 24 hours of notification;
  • Preparing and processing payroll journal entries into the ERP system;
  • Proactively managing superannuation, tax and WorkCover legislative and regulatory compliance requirements ensuring appropriate changes are made as obligations are changed;
  • Supporting payroll audit processes, where required;
  • Managing any payroll impact change across the business;
  • Reporting on payroll statistics and analysis of data, providing insights and areas for optimisation across our restaurants;
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Schnitz Enterprise Agreement and the various industry awards.

Construction and Leasing Administrator

Reporting to the Head of Property and Franchising, the Construction and Leasing Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and consistent delivery of all store related projects. You will be accountable for managing all construction administration and supporting the leasing process.

The Role Recipe:

  • Support the construction process of commercial food fit-outs, de-fits and refurbishments;
  • Coordinate tenders and quotes ensuring site conditions have been considered
  • Map out and track project processes, timelines and budgets;
  • Manage applications for permits, licences and utilities;
  • Liaise with third party stakeholders to coordinate the utility connections and council plans
  • Manage purchase order numbers, invoices and reconciliations;
  • Drive completion of projects within set-out timeframes and budgets;
  • Support in the project management of new store openings nationwide. (Including travel where required)
  • Support the coordination of franchise and leasing matters;
  • Assist with the preparation of leasing and franchising documentation;
  • Coordinate site-handover and support the Project Manager throughout handover
