As the Personal Assistant, you will report into the CEO and be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This role plays an integral part within the business, supporting senior leaders to deliver on corporate objectives.

We are seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills to partner with the Senior Leaders in the business.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

The Role Recipe:

  • Calendar management, ensuring an achievable schedule for the CEO that is driven by business priorities;
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner and on behalf of the CEO;
  • Facilitate travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, and meet with internal and external parties as required;
  • Draft written communication to the network, including franchisees, suppliers, Support Office and stores;
  • Events management, plan Support Office and network-wide events, including birthdays and conferences;
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to produce reports, provide project management support and other ad-hoc duties.

Key ingredients:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, reporting to CEO, experience within the hospitality industry is preferred;
  • The ability to work 3 days per week, including Monday & Tuesday;
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail;
  • A pro-active and enthusiastic approach to work;
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
  • High level of confidentiality;
  • Advanced MS Office and administrative skills.
