Step 1:
Login to the POS with your code.
Step 2:
Take the customers order as per normal.
Step 3:
Before the customer pays ask “Are you a crumb collective member?”. If yes, scan their card or app barcode. If no, direct them to download the app and sign up.
Step 4:
Note the amount of crumbs and Schnitz Cash they have. Perhaps if they’re close to converting tell them “Your next meal with us will be able to be discounted with Schnitz Cash”. If they have any Schnitz Cash ask “would you like to discount your meal today by paying for some of it with your Schnitz Cash?”
Step 5:
Once ready, go to the Pay Screen.
Step 6:
If paying with Schnitz cash, hit “F” and then Schnitz Cash Card”. Scan their card/barcode on the app. Hit “OK”. The transaction is now complete and the cash has been deducted from their account.
Step 7:
If split paying with Schnitz cash, key the amount the customer wants to pay and then hit “Schnitz Cash Card”. Scan their card. Pay the remainder by Cash or Card by hitting “F” and then the Payment Type. Hit “OK”. The transaction is now complete and the cash has been deducted.
Step 1:
Login to the POS with your code.
Step 2:
Go to ‘Sales History’.
Step 3:
Select the transaction by tapping the sale information.
Step 4:
A popup will appear indicating that a Crumb Collective was assigned to this order. Tao ‘Yes’. It will show the resulting members crumbs and cash post the prior sale.
Step 5:
Navigate to the ‘Pay Screen’.
Step 6:
Tap the ‘Clear Sale’ button and then tap ‘Yes’. The sale has been voided and the Schnitz Cash will be returned to their account and the cash/eftpos will be refunded as usual.
