Summer is here, and so are lighter, fresher choices at Schnitz. This season, we’re shining a spotlight on our fresh salad range, designed for warmer days and easy eating.
The Hello Summer menu features our Caesar and Mediterranean Salads, paired with our famous traditional crumbed chicken schnitzels or our flavour-packed crumb-free chicken schnitzels in Moroccan Spice or Lemon Pepper. We’re also celebrating our side salads, including Garden Salad and Rainbow Slaw, bringing vibrant colours, crisp textures and bold flavours to the table.
Whether you’re looking for a lighter lunch, a fresh dinner option, or something to balance out your favourite schnitzel, our salads offer a satisfying way to enjoy Schnitz throughout summer — without compromising on flavour.

Double Points on Fresh Salads
To celebrate Hello Summer, Crumb Collective members can earn Double Points when purchasing any fresh salad or side salad for a limited time.
Simply scan your Crumb Collective membership at checkout or order via the Schnitz App, and you’ll automatically earn double points on eligible salads — a fresh way to make the most of summer.
Available from 26 December 2025 to 1 January 2026.
