What catering options do you offer?
We offer catering packages that include wraps, mini burgers, salads, chips, dips & drinks. You can mix and match to suit your guest count and dietary needs.
Do you cater for dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of veggie and gluten-free options. While we can provide these alternatives, please note that we cannot guarantee a complete allergen-free environment.

How long is food good for once picked up?
Our catering is made fresh to order. For the best quality and food safety, we recommend enjoying it within 2 hours of pick-up.

For orders over $500, please get in touch with your nearest Schnitz restaurant ahead of time so we can make sure everything is prepared exactly when you need it.
Is there a minimum order spend for catering?
There is no minimum order spend.
What if I have a large order (over $500)?
For orders over $500, please give your local Schnitz restaurant a heads up. This helps our team prepare your order with plenty of time and ensures everything is prepared according to when you need it. Find Schnitz contact details and addresses here.
For custom orders over $2,500, we recommend sending your local Schnitz restaurant a Request a Quote for a customised catering package.
Do you offer delivery or just pick-up?
We currently only offer store pickup only.
How are the items packaged?
Items are packaged in recyclable catering trays, where each mini burger or wrap are clearly labelled for convenience. We ensure everything is sealed for freshness and easy serving.
Do you provide utensils, napkins, and serving gear?
We don’t include serving utensils as part of the catering packs. However, if customers are after napkins, add them on pick up.
How do I place a catering order?
Customers can place an order online through the website.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, customers can contact the store where the order was placed.
We understand that plans can change, so we’ll do our best to accommodate updates.
Do you offer catering for corporate events, schools, or large groups?
Yes! We regularly cater for offices, schools, meetings, and special events. Custom packages and tax invoices are available upon request.
Can I pay when I pick-up?
No, all catering orders must be placed and paid for online. This ensures everything is prepared accurately and ready for collection.
